At Energise Energy Solutions we encourage all our Smart Meter engineers to develop their skills and gain new qualifications, not only to help us, but to also ensure our employees get the most out of working for Energise!

Our latest EV training programme provides opportunities for all Smart Meter engineers to become EV Experts in how to install a range of EV equipment and systems. The training is delivered via a blended learning model that is easily accessed during work hours and includes a combination of e-learning, face-to-face training and field buddying with qualified EV Engineers.

Training normally takes around 10 weeks and once complete our engineers will obtain the following qualifications:

LCL DEI Award, C&G 2382-18, C&G 2391-50, C&G 2919-01, LCL Certificate In Installing, Testing and Ensuring Compliance of Electrical Installations in Dwellings (Level 3).
