My pod point was fitted yesterday. Lucky to have good engineer. Dave who visited has done a fantastic clean job. Everything was perfect start to finish. He explained everything clearly, realistic and the job what he has done is safe in all aspects.

Came to install a 3 phase electricity meter at our property and they dealt with all the challenges that were thrown up by Northern Power Grid, got the outstanding actions from Power Grid scheduled and completed and installed the meter with great quality work. Also provided a battery pack to run our WiFi on whilst working at home so we had no work outage.

Called them seeking an EV charging point for home. Spoke to Bev, very knowledgeable and prompt. I called knowing which charger I wanted – the Easee One. Despite it being a new product to them, they handled my enquiry well. All documentation was sent across as requested, approved within a few hours and a very prompt fitting date was given. On fitting day I had a courtesy call to advise they’re on their way. Fitted in approx 4 hours, very neatly done, cable was run along an internal wall as requested. Fantastic service, very happy from start to finish!

We would like to thank our amazing engineer, who had just started fitting our charging point when we were hit by Storm Arwen, causing our power to go off. He worked by torch light for as long as possible, hoping power would soon return. Eventually, the dark got the better of him, but he returned the following day, on his day off, to complete the job. We were so impressed by his dedication and lovely manner. We would highly recommend this company for their commitment to their customers.

I would like to say thank you to all the Energise team for all their help in providing an efficient and very tidy installation. Your engineer, Craig, was brilliant and made an excellent job as well as being very friendly and polite at all times. Extra thanks to Bev, in your office, for all her help in arranging the install.
