OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Energise Energy Solutions. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Energise Energy Solutions. Energise Energy Solutions offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

1.ORDERING
Your order will be processed 48 days after your payment has cleared. An installation date will not be set until Energise Energy Solutions have received a completed online survey form and received all required documentation (OZEV Grant).
Depending on the details of the online survey form installation, we aim to book customers in as soon as the form has been returned. The chargers and any accessories ordered will be handed to the engineer on the same day as the charge point installation.
2.INSTALLATION
Online Survey
The customer is responsible for filling in the online self-survey as accurately as possible, ensuring the cable calculations are correct (15 meters provided as standard). Failing to provide accurate cable length may delay and occur additional costs on to your installation.
Installation date
The customer shall ensure that access is provided at the time agreed or, if the time slot needs changing, reasonable notice is made to our customer service team 48 hours prior.
It should be noted that this amount paid for the cost of the charger and installation is subject to change dependent upon the findings of the installation visit, and may result in a further delay of installing your charger.
Changes to installation date
The date and time of installation is subject to change. Energise Energy Solutions will always aim to give customers at least 24 hours’ notice.
What’s included
Standard installation:
Fixing of charger to a wall or suitable permanent structure at a height between 750mm to 1200mm (next to the parking without creating a trip hazard).
Routing of cable through a single wall of up to half a meter thick.
Up to 15m of standard installation cable* clipped to the wall between your meter/fuse board and your charger.
Connecting to your electrical supply (electricity meter or fuse box).
Installation of protective devices suitable for the installation and EV charger such as RCBO and PEN fault devices as required by BS7671.
Associated electrical testing and handover.
Demonstration of the charger functions.
Non-Standard
More than 15m of cable connecting the supply to the charger.
Running cable underground or at height beyond the safe access of a step ladder, or within voids.
Installing a free-standing mount if there is no wall option available.
Concealing more than 3 meters of internal cabling in plastic trunking.
Extra works to make your existing electrical system safe (Such as Earth Bonding to Water or Gas, or upgrading existing fuse board components such as RCDs to those suitable for EV chargers, and the associated testing).
Installation of additional earth electrodes if required.
Ground works.
There may be instances where the electrical network will need to be contacted to authorise the connection of the charger to their system
Any electrical network issues or supply equipment issues we can provide guidance on, but the works to upgrade or repair such items is not covered in our quotation
*Standard cable in 6mm Hi-Tuff or 6mm Twin and earth style cabling. Steel wired armoured (SWA) cable is an additional cost
3.PRICE AND PAYMENT
To order a charger and installation, you must be at least 17 years of age and be the owner of the property or have written permission from your landlord.
The prices or any other amount stated include VAT.
After placing an order, you will receive an email notification from us to the email you provided, this is not confirmation of payment. Installation costs are liable to change, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an Order Confirmation.
4.WARRANTY
The warranty is between the end user and the charge point manufacturer. Vandalism, misuse, or abuses are excluded from the warranty service.

4.1 Product Warranty
Energise Energy provides a 3-year warranty on the EV charger itself from the date of installation. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
4.2 Installation Warranty
Energise Energy provides a 1-year warranty on the installation of the EV charger from the date of installation. This warranty covers any defects in the installation work under normal use.
4.3 Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, the Customer must contact Energise Energy with proof of purchase and details of the defect. Energise Energy will assess the claim and, if valid, will repair or replace the defective product or correct the installation at no additional cost to the Customer.
4.4 Exclusions
The warranties do not cover:
Damage or defects caused by improper use, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
Normal wear and tear.
Issues arising from external factors such as power surges or weather conditions.
5. Liability
Energise Energy’s liability is limited to the value of the product or service provided. Energise Energy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
6. CONSUMER CANCELLATION RIGHTS
You have 14 days from entering a service contract with Energise Energy Solutions in which you can cancel it, unless the installation is provided in full before the 14 days elapses.
