Today we had an engineer out to sort out the problems we had trying to get a smart meter installed. Neil came and the whole job was installed and completed within 3 hours. He was an extremely pleasant man, very knowledgeable. He knew how to rectify the situation that had baffled numerous engineers for the past 7 years. We finally had our smart meter installed and we are now able to get the benefit of reduced bills working alongside our solar panels .
