Formed in 2006, One Vision Housing in Bootle is a not for profit organisation that provides 13,000 Social Housing properties across Sefton, Liverpool and Wirral.

We were successful in securing the installation of a 50kWp Solar PV System on One Vision Housing Groups Office Block based in Bootle, Liverpool.

The PV system consists of 200 x 250W Solar Panels mounted on the South and West Facing roof pitches. We also installed wire mesh pigeon protection that excludes the birds from nesting under the solar panel array. The system was designed to ensure that all of the energy generated is used on site and therefore maximises the return on investment.

At the Request of the client we also installed a state of the art display monitor showing real time generation of the PV System. This was mounted in the main reception area of the building and is on public display.
